[ORDER PREPARATION TIME]      

Bags And Wallets  All of our leather products are made in Korea. Processing time takes approximately 1-2 weeks and some products are ready to ship. Please contact us for more information. 

Jewelry All Items are meticulously handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be ready to ship. 

 

* Please note that processing time may occasionally take longer, and once the order is confirmed, cancellations are not possible. We kindly ask for your understanding.

* Please consider this processing time when selecting your shipping option. 

* You are welcome to email us at charlottelouis.cs@gmail.com to inquire about when a piece will be available to ship out.

* Customers receive email order status updates to the email address provided at checkout. Updates will include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information

*Since all the items are handcrafted, there may be slight variations in size. Returns or exchanges due to minor size differences are not accepted.

CHARLOTTE LOUIS offers free standard shipping on continental U.S. orders.

All orders over $100 are sent with insurance.

Orders over $200 will be sent with insurance and signature confirmation required for safe delivery.

Packages are delivered Monday–Friday. CHARLOTTE LOUIS is not responsible for shipping delays once a package has left our care.

 You will receive an email with tracking info when your package ships.

CHARLOTTE LOUIS is not responsible for damaged or missing merchandise during shipping. Contact your local UPS or FedEx for additional information.

Please note: CHARLOTTE LOUIS reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed by customers who have have exhibited rude or threatening communication.

CHARLOTTE LOUIS charges Sales Tax for any orders where applicable. Sales tax will be reflective of the receiver's state tax rate.

All pricing shown on CHARLOTTE LOUIS is our current retail for the featured product. Prices are subject to change. CHARLOTTE LOUIS reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

CHARLOTTE LOUIS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Your card will be charged when you place your order. You will be asked to provide your Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Security Code and Billing Address.

We are unable to change the address. The order can only be shipped to the original address provided.
