Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of our products are meticulously handcrafted to meet each customer’s specific requirements. As each item is made especially for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

*Please note that slight variations in size may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. We appreciate your understanding that returns or exchanges for minor size differences cannot be accommodated.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Kindly reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order at charlottelouis.cs@gmail.com, providing a description of the issue along with supporting photos. If the item is deemed defective, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
